On November 9th, the Achievement Department of the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province held a "Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation and Review Meeting". After review by the Department of Science and Technology, evaluation experts, and relevant units, the three achievements submitted by Hebei Jinneng Power Technology Co., Ltd. have all been recognized as leading domestically.

The evaluation team for this project was composed of experts from Hebei Academy of Sciences, Shijiazhuang Railway University, the 54th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, and Hebei Electronic Information Technology Research Institute. They conducted a scientific and technological achievement appraisal on the three projects submitted by Jinneng Power, namely "Intelligent Management System for Power Tools", "Research and Application of Pipeline Identification Inspection Technology", and "An Insulated Automatic Clutch Grounding Rod".

The evaluation experts strictly questioned and discussed, and unanimously agreed to pass the evaluation. They believe that the three technical achievements of "Intelligent Management System for Electric Power Tools", "Research and Application of Pipeline Identification Inspection Technology", and "An Insulated Automatic Clutch Grounding Rod" in this evaluation have all reached the leading level in China.

Among the three technological achievements, "Research and Application of Pipeline Identification Inspection Technology" and "An Insulated Automatic Clutch Grounding Rod" are intelligent transformation plans for products carried out by Jinneng Power after collecting customer needs and suggestions. They are expected to be designed and put into operation in 2022. The "Intelligent Management System for Electric Power Tools" has been widely used by Jinneng Power in its series of fully intelligent safety tool cabinets, officially known as the "Banniu Intelligent Management System". The fully intelligent security tool cabinet equipped with the first generation Banniu intelligent management system was officially launched in 2019 and has been widely praised by users in the power industry. Subsequently, the second and third generation security tool cabinets based on cloud service technology and RFID technology have been iteratively launched. At the same time, the "Intelligent Asset Management Solution" based on the Banniu Intelligent Management System is also in the testing stage and will be officially released to the public at a certain date.

The project under review has achieved precise identification and safety perception of tools and materials through the use of key technologies such as data intelligent perception, Beidou positioning foundation, radio frequency identification, and status self inspection, further enhancing the safety level of the work area. At the same time, by monitoring data in real-time and storing it in the cloud, the labor intensity of personnel has been greatly reduced, and work efficiency and accuracy have been improved. The successful development of these three projects marks a new stage in the intelligent development of this field.
